RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At KS-Tools, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully.
Return Eligibility
• Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• All original parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom or special-order items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns require prior authorization.
Before sending any item back, please contact:

• Return instructions
• Return address
• RMA number (required on all packages)
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Return Shipping
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage
• KS-Tools is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
Freight Returns
For freight shipments:
• Customer pays return freight costs
• Failed deliveries due to address issues are non-refundable
• Additional carrier fees will be deducted from refund
• Customer must arrange freight pickup or drop-off
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Inspect shipment before signing
• Note visible damage on delivery receipt
• Contact KS-Tools within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of damage and packaging
Failure to report within 24 hours may void your claim.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled before shipment
• Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
• Refused deliveries will be treated as returns
• All return fees apply
Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs
• Price differences must be paid before shipping
Refund Denials
Refunds may be denied if:
• Item shows signs of use
• Parts are missing
• Damage occurred during return shipping
• Return window has expired
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before filing a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
Policy Changes
KS-Tools reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice.
