Order Processing
• Orders ship within 2–4 business days after payment is processed
• Customers may receive delay notifications
• Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed
• Orders may be delayed due to verification requirements
• Shipping may be delayed during holidays

This item ships via freight carrier.
Commercial Address Requirements
Delivery address MUST meet ALL of the following:
Zoned commercial or industrial
Open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Accessible by tractor-trailer
Equipped with a loading dock (48”–52”) or forklift
Excluded Addresses
• Residential homes
• Farms or ranches
• Businesses with limited access
• Home-based businesses
• Schools
• Restaurants
• Car dealerships
• Mini storage units
• Hospitals
• Businesses not meeting freight requirements
Disclaimer: Customer is responsible for confirming the address meets freight requirements. Failed delivery attempts, re-routing, or re-delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Terminal Pickup Option
If you do not have a commercial address, forklift, or dock, we can ship to the nearest freight terminal for pickup at no additional cost.
Disclaimer: Customer must pick up freight within the carrier’s free storage period. Storage fees charged by the Fr freight forwarders are the customer’s responsibility.

• Inside delivery: +$120
• Limited access delivery: +$85
• Liftgate service for businesses without forklift or loading dock: +$85

Businesses operating within residential zones are typically limited to small‑scale, home‑based activities—such as online services, consulting work, or artisanal production—that do not create noticeable traffic, noise, or structural changes affecting nearby properties. A home‑based business is one in which the primary operational, managerial, and administrative functions occur within the owner’s residence. While this model offers considerable flexibility, it also requires adherence to local zoning regulations and thoughtful management of household distractions to maintain productivity and neighborhood compatibility.
