Shipping orders:

  • Processing Time: Orders will ship within 2-4 business days of processing payment.

  • Notifications: Customers may receive an email notice if an item in their order is delayed.

  • Delivery Estimates: Any expected delivery dates provided are only estimates.

  • Verification Delays: Orders can be delayed due to verification processes.

  • Shipment Contract: All purchases are made under a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for items passes to the customer upon tender of the item to the carrier.

  • Holiday Delays: During holidays, the business may delay the delivery of orders.

PLEASE NOTE: This item will shipped VIA freight.

We will ship to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock available to unload. The business must be open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

If you do not have a business address, loading dock, or forklift, we can ship to a shipping company terminal near you, and buyers can pick up their items from the terminal (No Additional Costs).

Commercial Address Eligibility:

1.     Must be zoned commercial or industrial

2.     Must receive hours between 9 am & 5 pm (Monday• Friday).

3.     Must be accessible by a tractor-trailer

4.     Must be equipped with a loading dock (48"- 52") or a forklift to quickly and safely unload freight

Exclusions:

·        Residential or Home

·        Businesses, Farms or Ranches

Limited access may also include commercial businesses not open to the walk-in public or where an employee is unavailable to assist with loading or unloading.

Camps, places of worship, educational institutions, car dealerships, hospitals, construction sites, fairs and carnivals, individual/mini storage units, military bases/installations, mine sites, some government facilities, schools, businesses outside city limits, rural locations, and arid farms.

Deliveries requiring an appointment or delivery notification.

Delivery address: Please Note: We ship only to the lower 48 States and the closest freight terminal to your ZIP Code. It's crucial to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order, as any issues with the address may result in additional shipping fees. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer or their agent, KS-Tools will contact the customer promptly to correct the information. The package will be re-shipped, but the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. Please call me at (971) 270-0070 before placing an order to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Pureto-Rico.
